State Land Registry
The challenge
Land records existed only on paper across multiple archive sites, taking weeks to retrieve for a single transaction and creating opportunities for disputed or duplicated claims.
The solution
DreamImp ran a phased digitization program, scanning and verifying records against physical archives, then recording final entries on a blockchain-backed registry for tamper-evident provenance.
Timeline
Archive audit · Months 1–2
Catalogued existing paper archives across all sites.
Digitization · Months 3–6
Scanned, verified, and cross-referenced records in phases.
Registry build · Months 5–7
Built the blockchain-backed digital registry in parallel.
Staff handover · Months 8–9
Trained registry staff and completed final cutover.
